- Use bulleted lists for important items or points.
- Write in short, clear sentences.
- Keep pages short. Readers don't like scrolling through a long page to find information.
- Place headings on articles. Bold-face, if appropriate.

Good tips. Most importantly, remember to write to your audience. Keep it simple if your audience is the general public. Add technical terms and jargon for more specific audiences.
